Resolved - Database infrastructure has been brought back online and the system is available again. Engineering will keep monitoring as well as start the process of investigating this outage. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Monitoring - Primary Kinetica database infrastructure has been brought back up. Engineering team is continuing to monitor the situation. The secondary BTR and AI Insights functionality is currently being restored.
